is in the Blue Hills district of San Miguel de Salinas (near Villamartin and La Zenia beach).  Charges start at 150 euros a week, plus 30 euros cleaning charge (see Charges section for full details). The house has 2 bedrooms and a  sofa bed in the lounge, so can sleep up to 6 people. Open-plan kitchen, and lounge, fridge/freezer,washing machine, cooker, microwave, TV (British channels incl Sky) and BBQ. Towels and bed linen are provided. Also a lovely communal swimming pool (with small children's paddling area). The house is about 5/10 minutes in the car from the town of San Miguel de Salinas, and also has  a selection of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance (including Spanish, Indian and Chinese restaurants). It is only 10 minutes in the car to the beaches.
