Journey time approx 30 mins - no motorway toll charges if you follow the directions below.  There is an alternative route which involves staying on the motorway until La Zenia exit, but this requires a toll to be paid.

From Murcia airport: on leaving the terminal, turn right onto the motorway towards Alicante.  Leave the motorway about 10 minutes later (signposted Campoamor).  As you leave the motorway you will see a sign for San Miguel de Salinas - follow this road (quite windy, take care) for another 10 minutes.  In the daytime you can turn right through the golf course to get to the villa, but at night the road is blocked off, so instead continue past the golf course on your right.  Continue past villas on your left and right, including Pimientos Restaurant on your right, then take the next turning right, before you get to San Miguel .......(not sure what it's signposted but there's a few advertisements there too).  Follow this road (even windier) for another 5 minutes.  You will go past the Alba bar on your left, and the Villamartin turning on your left, but keep going.  The road continues  past the Grove bar on your right, where you follow the road as it turns sharp left at the top of a steep incline), go down the incline turning right at the red Caja Murcia bank at the bottom.  Go past the Priory pub on your right, and Calle Huelva is about the 7th or 8th turning on the right (the road is marked).  (You will pass a large billboard on the left currently advertising Atlas International before you see Calle Huelva).  The villa is about the 4th house on the right.

Journey time approx 50 mins - no motorway toll charges if you follow the directions below.  There is an alternative route which involves staying on the motorway until La Zenia exit, but this requires two toll charges to be paid.  It is also possible to use the N-332 instead of the motorway.

On leaving Alicante airport, take the blue motorway signs for Murcia and Madrid.  Continue along motorway. 

After approx 35km, take the turning on right signposted 'Exit 77 Torrevieja, Cartagena'.

You are now on the AP-7 motorway.

Leave at exit 751 signposted 'Los Montesinos', and on roundabout above motorway turn right at 2nd exit which is signposted 'Orihuela' (the first exit is marked 'camino')

Follow this road through orange groves , then turn left at the T-junction at the end of the road towards Torrevieja.

About 1.5km down this road (past the petrol station on the right) turn right into San Miguel de Salinas.

Follow the road right through San Miguel de Salinas, passing past the church and traffic lights until you leave the village.

Take the second road on the left towards.......(not sure what it's signposted but there's a few advertisements there too)
