All orders must be pre-paid, and will be despatched as soon as possible, and within 7 days of payment (in the case of bank transfers, the goods will only be delivered following succesful clearance).

Delivery Charges
At the checkout, you can choose between Standard UK Parcel Service, First class (UK) or International Surfact Mail. The charges for postage and packing will be displayed.
Payment Options
Current payment options are
a) use one of the credit or debit card options (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo,Electron or Paypal). Your transaction will take place via PayPal secure payment (you simply follow the on-line instructions). This is the fastest method of payment (funds can be transferred within minutes) - it also works ! PayPal will be very familiar to anyone who regularly visits the eBay auction site. It is becoming more and more popular, as people realise how easy and secure it is to use. There is now no need to have a Paypal account to be able to use this payment method.
c) transfer funds to our bank account (the details of our account are printed on your order confirmation, and also in the Contacts section here on the site). Your order will be despatched once the funds have cleared.
All the information you provide during the course of the ordering process is SSL secured and encrypted, and your details will not be passed on to any other parties.
Cancellations
Please note that you may cancel your order at any time, up until 7 days after receipt of goods. Any monies paid will be refunded. If the goods have already been shipped, then a charge will be made to cover our postage costs, except in the case of damaged goods, where a full refund will be made. We recommend that returned goods are sent by recorded delivery.
If an order does not arrive at destination, then at the discretion of the company, either a full refund or a replacement order will be sent, provided 1 month has elapsed since the order was posted.
